Accounts Job Profile:

 

·         Handling of day to day accounts

·         Preparing manual vouchers (Cash, Bank and Journals)

·         Maintaining Cash book and petty cash

·         Preparing cheques as per bills received

·         Dealing with bank

·         Preparing and maintaining all books of accounts

·         Posting entries in tally software

·         Dealing with vendors

·         Managing and tracking of payables and Receivable

·         Filing of documents with all vouchers

·         Checking monthly attendance sheet and Leave record

·         Prepare monthly staff salary

·         Dealing with employees regarding their accounts query

·         Prepare Invoice

·         Reconciliation of bank and credit card statement

·         Maintaining Of all Books of Account in Computerized Environment.

·         Knowledge Of  Trial Balance, Profit & Loss Account and Balance Sheet

·         TDS calculation & reconciliation from  time to time

·         Coordination with auditors and senior accounts person

·   Generating different type of MIS report as per the requirement of the management

·         Able to be flexible in taking up tasks outside of regular job responsibilities as required

·       Ability to work with a high degree of independence and as well as part of a team

·         Excellent analytical ability and detail-orientation
