Job Description
We are looking for a driven and skilled IT Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to coordinating interviews and onboarding top-tier tech talent. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about recruitment and has a good understanding of the technology landscape.

Required Candidate profile

Must be based in Faridabad.
Experience: 1-2 years in IT/technical recruitment.
Strong understanding of various IT roles and emerging industry trends.
Proven experience sourcing candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, social media, etc.).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software
