Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Bidding Officer to join our team.
Identify and analyze potential bidding opportunities in the market.
Expertise in upwork / guru / any other freelancer site for bidding
Software industry exp require.

Job Responsibilities:

Market Research:

Conduct thorough research to identify potential target markets and industries.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay informed about the industry landscape.
Lead Identification:

Use various channels such as online research, social media, and industry events to identify potential leads.
Utilize lead generation tools and technologies to find and qualify prospects.
Outreach and Engagement:

Initiate contact with potential leads through email campaigns, cold calling, and other outreach methods.
Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target companies.
Qualification of Leads:

Evaluate leads based on predefined criteria to ensure they meet the qualification standards.
Collaborate with sales teams to understand their requirements and refine lead qualification criteria.
Lead Nurturing:

Implement lead nurturing strategies to keep potential clients engaged and interested in the company's products or services.
Provide relevant information and resources to educate leads about the company's offerings.
Database Management:

Maintain an organized and up-to-date database of leads and their interactions with the company.
Ensure accurate and complete records of lead information for analysis and reporting.
Reporting and Analysis:

Prepare regular reports on lead generation activities, including the number of leads generated, conversion rates, and other relevant metrics.
Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in lead generation strategies.
Collaboration with Sales Teams:

Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads.
Provide feedback on lead quality and make adjustments to the lead generation process as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in lead generation or a similar role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with CRM software and lead generation tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Results-driven and goal-oriented.
